Why did I leave the Army?
Was it mainly because of the low salary?
Not at all.
Here’s the truth:
I left because my superior officer unforgivably insulted me, calling me a ‘bastard.’
Why?
In 2017, he ordered me to carry out an ungodly act.
When I refused, he had me locked in a cell for over 7 days.
Why is this even possible?
In the Army, challenging a superior—even when they are clearly wrong—is nearly impossible due to the strict hierarchical system.
So when I was finally released, he demanded that I apologize.

He ordered me back into the cell.
